Hardy-Jones began her career in human resources before moving into entrepreneurship. She founded The Kite Program, a wellbeing technology platform that initially supported new mothers and later expanded into workplace wellbeing and other mental-health applications. [2]
In 2023, she co-founded Contented AI with Lucy Pink. The Christchurch-based company develops AI tools that turn recorded conversations into structured documents and insights for organizations. Contented has since grown to serve hundreds of organizations internationally. [3]
